Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to specialize in building responsive and elegant applications. In this position, unlike other software engineer roles, you will work directly with internal business units to gather and define requirements. You will utilize your strong understanding and expertise in progressive enhancement and future-friendly design to meet the needs of our growing business. If you are a driven software engineer with the desire to learn our industry and acquire additional knowledge, we’d like to talk to you about helping our organization move towards a cloud environment and mobile development.

Position Details

Software Test Engineer

As a Software Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to provide quality assurance and testing support for a variety of software projects. You will plan testing projects, create test plans, execute test cases and report test results. You will own the testing function, implementing the plan and execution of quality assurance (QA) processes and activities to ensure that software applications and systems conform to user requirements and are “defect free.” You may also act as an occasional backup for technical support activities.

Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you will get to pair your troubleshooting and problem solving skills with your strong desire to provide excellent service to your co-workers. You will collaborate closely with other Support Specialists and Systems Engineers to provide Tier 1 technical support to ensure information systems and hardware are operating as expected. You will identify, troubleshoot, prioritize and timely escalate technical problems and service requests. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. Your innate drive and thirst for knowledge will keep you learning and growing in this role where you will have the opportunity to solve business problems and advance your career.
