We all know that fruits and vegetables are good for us but fewer than 18% of adults in the U.S. eat the recommended amount of fruit, and fewer than 14% eat the recommended amount of vegetables.  One of the easiest things you can do to help add more fruits and veggies to your day, is to try adding them to some of the things you may already be preparing at home. This month’s “How-to” Help Tip gives some easy-to-follow examples.
