Now that summer is over, many of us retreat indoors for the fall and winter months.  The change of weather also marks the beginning of cold and flu season.  Because there are no known cures for colds and flu, the goal is cold and flu prevention.  This month’s “How-to” Help Tip provides guidance on what an individual can do to help avoid getting and spreading cold and flu germs.

Since one of the most effective ways to prevent the flu is to get the flu shot each fall, we are offering onsite flu shot clinics.  Contact your Account Team to get more information on setting up a flu shot clinic at your worksite this fall.
